Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of landscape maintenance experience and possess strong knowledge of operating turf tracers, backpack blowers, edgers, and weedeaters. Bilingual abilities are a plus. The successful candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. Team management experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
- Operate and maintain landscape equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of plants, trees, and shrubs as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to company safety policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of landscape maintenance experience
- Proficiency in operating turf tracers, backpack blowers, edgers, and weedeaters
- Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions and withstand heat for extended periods
- Professional demeanor and punctuality
- Drug-free workplace policy adherence
